Suni K. Shamapande is a Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLC (PwC) Partner in the strategy operations transformation consulting practice. Suni leads PwC’s retail operations, inventory accuracy, and cost transformation consulting solutions.

Suni has extensive global retail, consumer product goods (CPG), e-commerce, restaurant, hospitality, and gaming experience. His industry and consulting experience includes strategic planning, end-to-end cost optimization (cost-of-sale, cost-to-serve, cost-to-make), workforce management, operations transformation, point-of-sales (POS) operations, product lifecycle management, inventory accuracy, and deals consulting.

As an operator, he has had increasing levels of leadership experience from operations manager, store manager, regional manager, Divisional Vice President, and Vice President. In these roles, he focused on team leadership, strategic planning, talent development, workforce strategy, labor optimization, performance analytics, and driving operational excellence.
