Will Baker

Will is a retail executive with cross-functional experience that spans 21 years and has spent time in Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources, at three different retailers. In his current role, Will is responsible for all areas of Asset Protection for Bath & Body Works, including corporate offices, logistics/distribution centers, and the North American stores organization. His responsibilities include setting the overarching asset protection strategy with a goal of protecting people, brand, and property.

Prior to beginning a career in Retail, Will spent 5 years in Law Enforcement at the State and Local Levels, where he was a School Resource Officer, Field Training Officer, and a member of his Department’s SWAT Team. One of the pinnacles of his Law Enforcement career was testifying in front of the United States Senate Appropriations Committee to secure funding for Anti-Gang Training in public schools.

Will was the President of IOBSE in 2013 and 2014 and was attracted to the organization after attending a conference in 2005 and seeing the impact the conference had on the students in attendance.

Will holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hayes State University. Will continues to give back on the organization as an advisor to the Board of Directors. He is also on the Board of Capitalists 4 Shared Income, which is an organization that was founded to help provide cash supplements to Americans living in poverty.
